Pittsburgh’s Mount Washington neighborhood offers breathtaking views of the city.  This mausoleum and cultural center sits on the main thuroughfare atop this hillside neighborhood. Content from the people laid to rest in this mausoleum will fill the galleries and libraries of the cultural center.  

A system is made up of lines, planes, and volumes that adhere to a specific set of rules for assembly, these components then become modified through deconstruction then connected through shared elements.  The resulting spatial conditions in the sculpture become the design language for unique spaces. They strive to celebrate human life and strive for eternal memory.
